Terra Management Group brings decades of experience in affordable housing to this project. We're creating a welcoming community where residents can enjoy downtown access, mountain views, and the comfort of modern amenities—all at affordable rates based on income eligibility.

We offer two floor plan types: 1-bedroom apartments (687 sq ft, 1 bath) and 2-bedroom apartments (837 sq ft, 1 bath). Rent ranges from $755–$1,177/month for 1-bedrooms and $908–$1,519/month for 2-bedrooms, depending on income qualification.
Every apartment includes a washer and dryer, a private balcony or patio, and mountain views. Community amenities include the Community Bistro, scenic views, on-site management, and close proximity to Memorial Park and public transit.
Water, sewer, and trash are included in your monthly rent. Electricity and gas are separately metered and billed directly by the utility companies.
Yes. One open parking space per licensed driver (maximum 2 per unit) is included in rent at no extra cost. Garages are also available for rent — contact our leasing team for pricing.
Yes. Pets are welcome with a $35/month pet rent for the first pet and a $300 pet deposit per unit. Contact our leasing team for full pet policy details.

The application fee is $19.20 per adult (non-refundable). You'll need income verification documents such as Social Security award letters, paystubs, or pension letters. A background check is required, but there is no minimum credit score. Processing takes approximately 3 days. Co-signers are not accepted.
The security deposit is $250. Combined with first month's rent and the $19.20 application fee, those are your total move-in costs — no additional admin or processing fees.
